Welcome once again to the Asylum, my dear readers. I write this week with a heavy heart because I think a Pandora’s box of woe has been opened in New York City as a nation. In the best-case scenario, American politics will devolve into competing lawfare and prosecutions of candidates outside of the usual limits of justice. In the worst-case scenario, folks decide they have been reasonable long enough, have tolerated enough abuse, lose all faith in an undeniably slanted justice system, and start stacking bodies (
