You will need
Cream of chicken 2 large cans or 4 small cans
Rotel 2 regular small cans or 1 big can (we use original but you can use any heat level you want)
Garlic powder 2 Table spoons
Onion powder 2 Table spoons
Taco seasoningĀ 1 Table Spoon
Chill powder 1 Table Spoon
Cayenne pepper (to taste optional)
Chicken 5 lbs of skinless boneless bird any part will do
Pasta 2lbs we use spaghetti but you can use any pasta you like
Sour cream 16oz
Shredded cheeseĀ 2 lbs (we use Mexican blend but any you like will work)
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients except salt, pepper, and pasta in an instapot or crock pot mixing everything well before adding the chicken
Cook in instapot on meat and stew for 45 minutes or 2.5 hours in a crock pot on high
When this is done shred the chicken in the sauce
Cook pasta per instructions
Then mix the strained pasta into the chicken mixture made previously
Salt and pepper to taste and serve with salad and garlic bread.
