This excellent I think this guy hits it on the head

This article is about wages and workers. From founding wages steadily grew until the 70s and have since been at best stagnant and at worst declining. If you had read my articles (here, here, here, and here) you will know why. This author is looking at the consequences of the changes, and I find his take fascinating because I see younger people doing exactly what he is talking about all the time and older workers are starting to do the same things.
