Welcome my readers. This week the format will be a little different, partially because there is a lot going on and partly because the information in the first section became available while I was floundering over multiple topics and half written drafts. I hope you like it as well as past letters.
Show me your work
If you have been following along, you probably know that in August of 2021 the FDA received a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Yale Professor Dr. Harvey Risch, the University of California’s Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, and Dr. Peter McCullough requesting that the FDA release the trial data proving the safety and efficiency of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The FDA ignored the request. So, the doctors filed suit for a FOIA violation. The FDA asked the court to give them 55 years to produce the data (after we are all dead) because they had to go over it and make sure that Pfizer successfully removed all the personal identifying information (PII) and cover up trade secrets (how exactly the vaccines are made) (here).
The judge denied this request and then the FDA requested that they be allowed to release the files at a rate of 500 pages per month. The judge denied that request also and demanded a rate of 55,000 pages a month (here). At that point, Pfizer stepped up and essentially asked to join the case so they could help the FDA work through the documents faster. You know because there isn’t any kind of possible conflict of interests there. The Judge ordered, on 7 February 2022, that he wasn’t inclined to grant the motion. That being said, he didn’t outright deny it either. The judge ruled that he would hold Pfizer’s motion in abeyance and if Pfizer felt that there was a risk to their proprietary information they could file with the court. I am not a lawyer, so I could have this wrong, but… It seems like by not saying no and allowing Pfizer an avenue to file for protection of their proprietary data, he has both removed Pfizer’s ability to successfully appeal his decision and created a situation where Pfizer has to justify their request to redact anything (here).
The real telling part is how Pfizer responded to what they see as clearly a defeat in the courts. Pfizer seems to have edited their business risk disclosures re: clinical trial data today in its Q4 earnings (here, here, and here). Adding language about risks relating to:
1. “further information regarding the quality of pre-clinical, clinical or safety data, including by audit or inspection"
2. “concerns about clinical data integrity”
3. “the possibility that COVID-19 will diminish in severity or prevalence, or disappear entirely”
These people are rats and this, more than anything, reaffirms my belief that there is something very wrong with the vaccine. Pfizer is clearly terrified that there will be an honest and independent review of their data now that it doesn’t look like the FDA is going to be able to stall the release of the information until we are all dead. You can read all the case documentation here.
The fact that Pfizer and the FDA are this reluctant to release the scrubbed research data (all proprietary information and PII removed) that shows the results of the trials is, to me, totally shocking, especially given Pfizer’s update to their risk guidance. It seems to dove tail with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) summation report from Major Murphy that I covered on 1/14/2022 (here).
His report clearly states that mRNA vaccines would work poorly and, since they instruct cells to make the spike protein (the part of COVID that actually hurts you), would have significant side effects.
The Global HONK HONKaning…
Unless you are dead or living in a cave, I am sure you are aware of the Trucker Protest in Canada where Canadian truckers have essentially shut down the capital city of Ottawa for the last two weeks. More recently, they have been joined by another group blocking boarder crossings and are in the process of shutting down Toronto as well. There is excellent on-site coverage by several independent journalists that can be found here, and here. It is truly beautiful people from all walks of life, all races, and across the political spectrum (Canadian conservatives would still register very liberal in the US, for the most part). So far, other than some attempts by the police and government to create issues (all of it has been covered extensively in the links above) there has been no confirmed accounts of violence of any kind only peaceful civil disobedience. It is also hilarious to see a government struck so impotent by the people having had enough. The government has attempted to get help from tow companies and they refused (here and here). Then, the government decides that they will seize fuel and supplies while arresting anyone caught bringing them to the truckers, but a Judge said they can’t and have to give everything they took back (here and here). And now, we have honest Canadian Police starting to question their orders and going public with the fact that the government is essentially using them as a brute squad (here).
The best part is there are now trucker convoys forming in the US, Italy, Australia, and the EU (here, here, and here). Facebook has banned their groups and the main stream media is, for the most part, silent because you know if they don’t report it then it isn’t happening. So, it seems the revolution will not be televised, because that is absolutely what we are seeing. This is a soft revolution, where the average people who make up most of the world have had enough of both fringes bullshit. It is unfortunate that most of us have been too busy working, raising families, and making the world go round to be particularly vocal about the esotericism that is intersectionality, the LBGQT movement, or the growing desire by the miseducated about socialism, as we have lives to live. For the most part, all we want is to be left alone to pursue our lives. Unfortunately for the fringes, they didn’t learn from all the companies that got woke and proceeded to go broke. They didn’t realize that they were pandering to the fringes and turning off the masses (who happen to be the ones that spend all the money). Now unfortunately, since minding our own business and living our own lives isn’t compliance to the fringe lunacy, they had to cross the one line that mattered and they stopped leaving us alone. Those who ‘know what’s best’ started threatening our livelihoods, our ability to raise families, and the well-being of our children. They did this globally and most people have had enough. A friend I went to high school with is part of a parents group that just won a major victory in Illinois court about masking and children (here and here).
We are seeing more and more that the politics are shifting as certain people become more afraid for their re-election chances (I think the damage is done.), all while the science is essentially the same as it has always been and I have been providing here since I started last year (If you haven’t been around long, go read the archive. It kind of ROCKS.). But, the polls have seriously changed and with the polls goes the policy. If, from the beginning, you thought any of this had anything to do with healthcare, it should now be apparent that it was never about health.
Bottom line we are winning and the tide is turning. Keep on fighting the good fight and God bless you.
-Sam
I think the trucker situation is something they didn't foresee. Hats off to them for being brave enough to start this movement.
