Welcome once again to the asylum, my dear readers. I realize that most of you already know this but there is no justice or equal protection under the law in America and therefore there is no freedom. This has been the case on the fringes for decades, but in the last couple of decades it has become the norm and has been so blatantly waved in our faces that it is clear the establishment doesn’t care or fear the reaction of the American people anymore.
Who is the establishment? The establishment is the cabal of powerful politicians, unelected bureaucrats, and businesspeople that functionally run the United States with no input or care for input from the American people. The establishment has “Republican” and “Democrat” wings but only as a form of controlled opposition. Essentially making it appear that someone is resisting and fighting for “The People” while ensuring that the move to centralized control and the plans made in secret back rooms move forward with little opposition while protecting its own.
We all saw the administration of George W. Bush employing illegal torture. Then after they got caught and the courts ruled that it was in fact illegal. The administration continued to employ illegal torture with impunity (here and here). With a wink the administration just renamed torture to ‘enhanced interrogation’ and it was “legal” again. This is just one of his and his administration’s many crimes, but he was never impeached or prosecuted. To satisfy public outrage, they did arrest and convict a handful of junior enlisted prison guards for mistreating prisoners (here and here), while running black sites specifically for torturing tens of thousands of people worldwide (here and here).
Then, of course, we have the Obama Administration that, with the President’s approval, killed Americans intentionally with no due process of law (here and here). That is murder, as no one in the American Government has the authority to summarily execute Americans, but they did. These might have been bad people and they might have been criminals. They might have been hard to get and hiding abroad, but they were still Americans. Law enforcement hunts down mass murderers, rapists, and criminals of every stripe every day, but this is America, where no matter what you did or didn’t do, you get to go to court and make the state prove you did it. Well, it is supposed to be.
Both of these despicable criminals had thin “legal” justifications for their actions. Bush essentially claimed he was Emperor due to unitary executive theory and had the power of all three branches, as well as the power to overrule the other two at will (here and here). While Obama claimed he used an advisory council helping him decide who to kill. Obama claimed it not only justify his murdering of Americans but the fact he had a kill list of Americans (here and here). Both administrations also claimed at various times that constitutional protections didn’t apply to non-citizens (here and here).
Unfortunately for both of these sacks of shit, the constitution, the document that is supposed to be the supreme law and inviolate except through a difficult amendment process, says this about torture in the Fifth Amendment:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
This would seem to make it illegal to just execute people. I would argue that the circumstance would allow for the people to be detained on the lesser standard of “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger.” However, that doesn’t change the prohibition on punishment or double jeopardy found in the second half of the amendment “nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
The Eighth Amendment states:
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
In plain English, “nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” There is an absolute prohibition on torture. That is totally skipping over the Fifth Amendment prohibition on being forced to testify against themselves “nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.” That would also prohibit torture in search of evidence. About the Constitution not applying to non-citizens, that isn’t what the document says. In all cases the document uses terms like “No person shall be” or “The People” because the idea of a United States citizen didn’t exist until after the Civil War. The original intent was to constrain the Government in its treatment of any person that it got a hold of.
Yet, neither of these criminals were impeached, no senior officials were prosecuted, and it begs the question: Why not? While the left side of the establishment made a fuss over Bush and the right side of the establishment made a fuss over Obama, that is all they did. The outrage stopped at the ceremonial screeching that tends to lull the masses back into their oblivious stupor until the next time an indignation ceremony is needed. Nothing was actually done and no criminal charges were ever filed (except for some of the lowest of the low who were stupid enough to follow unlawful orders). This is entirely because all parts of the establishment approve of the expansion of power and want the precedent set so they can use it more blatantly in the future. It really is that simple. The last time it was done in black sites and overseas, next time it might be here in America and they will shrug and point to the precedent that has been set, while the state run nightly propaganda just makes excuses and nods along.
(Note: I skipped the Clintons because I try to keep these over 1200 but under 3000 words.)
This brings us to the Biden crime family. There is persuasive evidence that, for a cut, Joe allowed Hunter to peddle influence and classified information by abusing his position as Vice President and the President of the United States (here, here, and here). This doesn’t touch on the myriad other possible crimes, including the quid pro quo that Biden openly brags about with his buddies at the Council for Foreign Relations to protect Hunter’s influence peddling (here). While congress is investigating, don’t count on it getting much past the ceremonial screeching stage. To really indict and punish this type of influence peddling would seriously harm the incomes of most of congress.
All those people were part of the establishment and all of them moved the goal post on the establishment’s goals mostly towards police state totalitarianism. As a result, all those people and their minions are beyond any real reproach. We do get the bluff charges and strut displays by the opposition while they are in office, but that is more to keep the masses pacified and subscribed to the delusion of a representative government that gives a shit what they think. Please believe me when I say that we do not have a representative government and the establishment doesn’t care at all about the people or anything beyond its own power.
While I am still not a Trump fan, as he has far too many moral problems for me to respect him, he does illustrate perfectly what happens when, by some miracle, the people do elect someone to a seat of power that isn’t part of the establishment. First, there was the fact that when it looked like Trump had a chance to win, the FBI spied on him, presenting intel they knew to be false and a construction of his political opposition to construct a totally fake Russian collusion narrative that the mainstream propaganda um... media (MSM) then ran with 24/7 for two years (here, here, and here). So, federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies, not Russia, were working hard to illegally meddle and influence an election to prevent an outsider from taking office.
Then, that same false information was used to hamstring a duly elected administration and prevent it from appointing ‘the unapproved’, by bankrupting possible candidates for posts with legal threats before they even took the job (here). Then, in 2020, the establishment not only cooked up the summer of love while bailing out violent criminals back onto the streets, but then the same people threatened similar violence if Trump were re-elected (here), all while the FBI paid social media companies millions of dollars to silence the Hunter laptop story, that they knew to be factual. Once again, we have federal agencies tampering with an election (here and here). Now, Trump is indicted in a establishment bastion on charges, that had already been reviewed and discarded, for totally political reasons (here, here, and here). One thing about Trump is clear, no matter if you love trump or hate Trump, he absolutely doesn’t have the same protections as a member of the establishment.
We need to understand that the establishment does allow for some outsiders to get elected to congress Ron Paul, Marjory Tailor Green, and a few others to keep up appearances, they never get assigned positions of authority or chairmanships that would allow them to really rock the boat unless they are indoctrinated into the establishment. Sadly, these people who would change things and want to represent the people are just part of the carefully crafted illusion of representative government that doesn’t really exist anymore.
At this point, I don’t think we can vote our way out of it and my truest hope is we are at the beginning of the end times. Failing that, however, we must stop supporting, either explicitly or passively, any part of the establishment. Be the crazy conspiracy person that plants seeds of doubt and passes out newsletters. Do not vote for anyone with a Republican or Democratic party affiliation. Literally vote for anyone else and encourage others to do the same. Sadly, at this point even if we convinced enough people to vote to unseat any amount of establishment people, they would just rearrange the votes in a back room and announce whatever they wanted. he last thing we need to do, is we need to check out of the macro systems by refusing to play along. While we seize the local micro systems. Deal in barter as much as possible, use cash when you can’t barter, take over local elected offices where the establishment is weak, meet your neighbors and the people around you, and form bonds of trust and friendship in your community. You will find most people wake up just being exposed to friends that see things as they are. Encourage state representatives to defy the central government laws with pot, with guns, and ideally forbidding state personnel from assisting in any federal enforcement or other initiative. Even if we fight this way and do it perfectly, the odds are not in our favor but at least we are fighting and there is a chance we can free our states. If so, the central government can be rendered impotent.
Matthew 16-8-12
8Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, “You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread? 9Do you still not understand? Don’t you remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many basketfuls you gathered? 10Or the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many basketfuls you gathered? 11How is it you don’t understand that I was not talking to you about bread? But be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” 12Then they understood that he was not telling them to guard against the yeast used in bread, but against the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
God Bless you
