Yea... These people have no creativity. This does however tell me they are not confident in their ability to convict Trump so they are priming this as plan B. I have wondered if they find a way to successfully prohibit Trump from running if this current round of COVID hysteria will just fade into the either. Kind of like I wonder if they offered Trump an out something like "Just withdraw from the election and this all goes away. I have never been a huge Trump fan and have never voted for him, but I am seriously considering it because if the establishment HATES him this much he is probably the best option.
