I am going to try and stay out of tinfoil hat land (that is for Tuesdays) In this series, we are going to look at the New World Order. Primarily, is there any possibility that some group of global elites are trying to enslave the world into a police state, where they reduce the population by numbers and wind up in a two-tiered society where the elites have everything and everyone else is a serf, just smart enough to run the machines and too stupid or scared to ask questions or fight? Is there any evidence of this happening or that there is a concerted effort to destroy our rights?
First, I will have you watch a video. Now, I am not saying their claims are true (I have tried to find the documents mentioned and couldn’t do it from reputable sources. If you can, please link them in the comments.) But, I want to pose the question: why is it that rational people, without collaborating evidence, would choose to believe this video (here). I think it is because of all the circumstantial evidence. While I don’t think technology has advanced enough to implant nano-tech, mind-control computers, I do think that type of technology (or something like it) is possible, and I do think there are those who would love to have it. I think the reason so many people can believe videos like that is because the evidence is crystal clear, for anyone paying attention, that the world, and America in particular, are descending into fascist police-states. The video does a good job of mixing enough easily verifiable truth into the second half to give credence to the first part. There is also the fact that magnetic nano-particles have been found in vials of COVID vaccine (here, here, here, and here). Moderna claims they were stainless steel (here). Even if that is true, it makes me seriously question their quality control methods. Maybe they are telling the truth, and maybe they are not. I personally would trust Bill Cosby to make my daughter a drink before I would trust big pharmaceutical companies with anything.
The question is: should a rational person believe that America is becoming an authoritarian police-state? I could go back to the end of WWII, or even farther, but I think we can make our case if we start in 2001. In September of that year, we experienced the worst terror attack on U.S. soil in history. While I am not really a self-inflicted wounds kind of guy, I do not at all discount that possibility or any other. The only thing I am reasonably sure of is that the official narrative isn’t true and that the government is intentionally hindering the discovery of the truth. There are just too many questions and too much of the information (that would be public record with any other crime) classified, destroyed, or locked away. I am not going to get into the things many people find questionable, mostly because that could be a paper itself, and as of 2016, a study from Chapman University found over 50% of Americans don’t believe the official story (here). So, you probably already know.
Within 45 days of the events on 9/11, there was a law passed that was totally misnamed the USA Patriot Act. It was passed with no debate, no committee hearings, and no opportunity to read or contemplate it. It was ‘desperately needed to help fight the war on terror’. The Patriot Act increases the government’s ability to search private records, expands their ability to see activity records being held by third parties, created the ability for government agents to conduct secret searches, expands searches of private property without notice to the owner or a warrant, and expands an exception to the Fourth Amendment for the collection of foreign intelligence information (here). As we found out from Edward Snowden, Section 215 in particular has been used at National Security Agency (NSA) fusion centers to collect every text, email, and phone call every person in the entire country made (here, here, and here) without a warrant, cause, or any oversight. The prevailing law of the land, at least nominally, is the U.S. Constitution and its 4th Amendment reads as follows:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
I am not a lawyer, but collecting all of your communication without a warrant, or even suspicion of a crime, might just be a violation of being secure in your person, papers, and effects. It also allowed government agents to force any company you transacted business with to turn over any personal information about your relationship or dealings with them, again with no oversight or suspicion of a crime. Further the “Patriot” Act established no-fly lists that prevent travel for anyone on them, with no warning, no recourse, and no due process. These lists have caught up government officials, private citizens, and others, with no justification given and little recourse (unless you are politically connected) (here, here, here, and here).
Then, we have the Military Commissions Act. This act essentially gives the president the power of a king. He decides what the definitions of abuse and torture are. It allows the president to strip all the rights and constitutional protections from anyone, simply by declaring them unlawful enemy combatants, and it makes all past abuses retroactively legal. The MCA also allows the president to define what is and isn’t torture, at their discretion, and allows evidence to be submitted to courts that was obtained through torture (here). During Obama’s administration this power was used on at least two occasions to intentionally kill American citizens without due process and without them having been convicted of a crime. The worst part, one of them was only sixteen years old (here and here). This law gives the government the power to call anything it wants ‘state secrets’ and prevent them from being released to anyone. The MCA also legalized the creation of a secret kill list that the president can add to or remove from with no oversight or accountability, and that can contain U.S. citizens (here). The new powers granted by the MCA, combined with state secrets, have been used to hide exculpatory evidence from trial, deny defendants witnesses, and prevent judicial oversight of many executive branch actions (here, here, here). Add to that, traffic light with license plate recognition and GPS tracking (here and here).
Please note that while the government has garnered significant power, it still wants more. In recent legislation, the president has asked for the ability to monitor all financial transactions of $600 or more, and gather a report on total inflows and outflows of all financial accounts (here). They say it is just a pilot program, but we know that just means they want to work the bugs out of the software before they roll it out nationally. Then, there is the Federal Reserve talking about launching a national digital currency (here). They couch it in the language of ‘conveyance and security’, but it is really about control and making sure you don’t spend money on anything they don’t want you to.
If freedom isn’t dead in America, lady liberty has a gun to her head and the government our founders warned us about has its finger on the trigger. While I don’t think the technology claimed by the video exists yet, and I couldn’t verify the patent or find the clause in the Affordable Care Act, I can absolutely see why, in light of what those in Sodom on the Potomac have already done, people could rationally believe it.
It is clear that the Government has grown a world class surveillance state, with the draconian means to enforce it under color of law (Note, any law that isn’t constitutional isn’t valid.) They have been pushing limits and testing boundaries overseas, but have no doubt, if we don’t stand up, the extra judicial killing of American citizens will happen on U.S. soil. Sure, they are probably criminals, they probably deserve it, and they are probably really bad people. That doesn’t change the fact that we are Americans and at the core of who we are supposed to be is justice, where everyone gets the chance to plead their case. The Nazis at Nuremberg were the worst, the Japanese at Manila were very bad, John Wayne Gacy was terrible, and so was Rodney James Alcala. Because we are Americans, and at one time we valued justice and the rule of law, they all got trials. We have reached a point where there is no privacy, no assumption of innocence, and any of us can be declared an unlawful enemy combatant. Please note that these kind of draconian surveillance and liberty killing policies have been common and getting worse in all the traditional industrialized nations.
The full tracking of the population in Australia has already started (here, here, and here). They are literally running the country like it was communist China (here, here, and here). With the infrastructure in place, the color of law having been established in four administrations since 2001, and Biden’s rhetoric about using his power against U.S. governors and states (here), I absolutely think those in D.C. are trying to use COVID as an excuse to consolidate their power over the ordinary people. I also think they have been planning this for years and slowly moving the pieces into place. It is happening in Australia and it can happen here.
We must resist, the time is now. We must have mass non-compliance or we will never get any of our freedom back. If we don’t push back now, by not complying, then our grandchildren or great grandchildren absolutely will be forced to with rougher methods. Think about it.
