Welcome, my Dear readers, back to the Asylum. I do want to apologize for my absence. The Holidays are over, wrestling season is winding down, and we haven’t yet entered into the spring homestead work period. As such, you can expect to hear from me more regularly in the coming weeks and months. Especially as there is almost too much going on to write about, and I have sometimes suffered from choice overload (here). This makes it even more challenging at times to complete papers. I will, however, endeavor to persevere. As Trump will take office for his second term today, let us investigate what the nation and world he inherits will look like.

First, it seems that the outgoing Biden administration has done everything possible to hinder the Trump administration and make it more difficult for them to accomplish anything until they deal with the tangled mess of scorched earth political garbage Biden will leave for them. The least detrimental, but possibly the slimiest of Biden's actions was his pardoning of his son. I find it understandable as a dad, but it further proves that laws don’t apply to those well-connected to the establishment. Of the 1500 other pardons, perhaps the worst is the Pennsylvania Judge who abused his position in exchange for cash payments from private prisons (prisons for profit shouldn’t exist) to sentence minors to abusively long sentences in juvenile detention. This made the private detention facilities tons of money from the state, and the judge got a kickback for ruining the lives of children. Biden saw fit to give this guy a pass, and even other Democrats are up in arms about it. It makes you wonder how much Biden's handlers got paid because while his name is on it, Biden cannot decide things like this on his own. There are other bad pardons, but these are the worst (here, here, and here).

Upon taking office, the administration stopped all construction and sold off or gave away much of the stockpiled materials planned for use in the border wall when he first came to office (here and here). Then, his administration essentially stopped all border enforcement while turning a blind eye at best and helping child traffickers and other criminals disappear into the American population at worst (here, here, and here). Finally, after millions of illegal Aliens have crossed into America, bringing crime, diseases, and drugs into our country, with states like Texas essentially in open rebellion enforcing the border, the Biden administration did a 180. It was going to build a wall (here and here). Finally, after all the damage done, Biden’s people are going to make it right, and Trump will be able to just continue with the renewed
