Welcome to this week’s letter. I know last week I said I would be writing about the Pfizer document release. I have decided not to do that because the more I read the less sure I was of what I understood, and being as I am an IT professional, not a medical or biological professional, I don’t want to pass on information I am not sure of. The documents are here if you would like to review them yourself. In my search to confirm my understanding of what the released documents were saying I did come across the work being done by the Daily Clout, who has a team of medical and research experts doing the work on the Pfizer document release (here). As I was writing, I realized I was just paraphrasing their reporting and not actually writing what I thought of the data. I don’t want to do that either, even if I agree with their work. When I present you a paper, if it is nothing else, I want it to be what I believe to be truth and I want to come to those conclusions myself, while sharing the information I read that lead me to those conclusions, and when I don’t know I will say as much. Anyway, the research that is happening over at the Daily Clout is really good, and really shocking. You should check it out. Onward, to this week’s letter.
By now I would hope everyone realized nearly everything that has been stated in the media about Ukraine has been a lie. I figure it is a lie to try and shift blame from our government’s policies to Russia, to distract from the shady shit our government is doing here, and to launder hundreds of millions of dollars, much of which will come back to our political class through various channels. I also think part of it is that Putin, whatever else he is, isn’t playing along with the great reset (here, and here).
The problem is everyone involved in the conflict are bad actors and with a critical, objective review of facts it really does appear that Russia is much closer to being the good guys than are the Ukrainians. The false claims of atrocities and mass rape have been so blatant and untrue Ukraine has had to fire their primary human rights person for lying about it. While I am sure both sides have committed intentional and unintentional atrocities, it is war. That shit happens, unfortunately (Our troops do it, as do everyone else. It is unavoidable in war). I do not think there is any evidence that Russia has done anything more atrocious or shocking than the baseline for war and evidence seems to be backing that as well (here).
I also don’t think that Russia was ever losing or even close to losing. I hear it now “The Ukrainians held Kiev”. I will point out that total conquest of Ukraine has never been a stated Russian goal, nor has the conquest of Kiev. If we look at Russia’s actual stated objectives and reasons for invasion:
1. That troops be pulled off its border
2. That the West stop conducting war games right on the boarder
3. That the West stop expanding NATO in a manner that is encircling Russia
4. That there be a ban on sending warships and aircraft to areas from where they can strike each other’s territory
5. That there be something done to protect the ethnically Russian people of eastern Ukraine from violence and attempted genocide by militant Nazi elements of the Ukrainian government
We can also look at the peace talks that have been underway and what Russia is asking for:
1. Guarantee Ukrainian neutrality to prevent yet another NATO country on its border (here).
2. The recognition of Russian sovereignty over Crimea (here).
3. Independence for the separatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk (here).
Not surprisingly, these line up with Russia’s original reasons for the war in the first place.
None of that requires Kiev be taken or that Russia conquer Ukraine. Let us not forget that a number of European nations were willing to sit down and talk about Russia’s complaints prior to the invasion, but the Biden administration put a stop to that (here). You have to remember and understand that the entire eastern half of Ukraine is ethnically Russian and had been a part of Russia for 1000 years before the fall of the USSR. Those people had been fighting a war of independence since the US-backed Nazi coup of 2014 (here) due largely to the attempted genocide of the ethnically Russian majority in the region by Nazi elements, like the Azov Battalion of the Ukrainian Army (here, and here).
In the US, we have a highly trained volunteer military that is constantly upgrading equipment and technical capabilities. This results in totally refitting or replacing all of our major equipment (jets, tanks, artillery, bombs) every few years. This enables us to field highly capable small units with the ability to conduct very precise operations. I might write on the economic conditions and their consequences that allow this type of expenditure in the future but for now, just know that is how we do it. This allows America to apply precise force to obtain our military objectives. Russian doctrine is vastly different than our own, and all the analysis coming out of Ukraine is based on our doctrine of war, not the Russian doctrine of war. The Russian Army is made up mostly of poorly trained conscripts and a few highly trained veterans (relative to size). Russia doesn’t mothball old equipment like we do. Russia keeps tanks, artillery, planes, and other material in service until they can’t. This results in the best Russian equipment being a relatively small percentage of their fielded forces. The Russians understand much of their older gear is inferior and will probably be lost, but it will also cause some enemy casualties, force the enemy to expend material (ammo, fuel, and the like), and start to fatigue enemy forces without seriously affecting Russian strength in its more modern equipment and better trained soldiers (here).
The first two months of the war, that is exactly what we saw, and we especially saw it in the “push” towards Kiev, lots of Russian armor from the 40s, 50s, and 60s, along with conscripts, some still armed with Mosin–Nagant rifles (here) first manufactured in 1891 and seeing service through both world wars. This is because Russian doctrine says that masses of troops and armor, even if antiquated, will force the enemy to fight, take casualties, and expend resources without costing Russia much. Is it barbaric to throw masses in the meat grinder like that? Yes, it is, but those tactics are also what won WWII as much or more so than the combined efforts of the rest of the Allied Forces. Now, think about Russia’s stated goals leading up to the conflict, their demands at peace talks to end the conflict, and how the map stands now (here). Russian forces hold much of the Eastern Ukraine regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. The Russians have also captured or killed much of the Azov Battalion (here). I am sure NATO material aid and information has made the war costlier for Russia, although it doesn’t seem to have halted the progress of Russian objectives, even if it has slowed that progress. I think a feint towards the capital with outdated equipment forced Ukrainian resistance to focus on the western half of the country while better and more modern Russian forces made significant headway into the East as was the objective.
From my perspective, if one rationally looks at the battle map of Ukraine and Russia’s stated goals, I don’t see how anyone but a propogandist could claim that Russia was losing. As for me, I think NATO (really the US) picked this fight in hopes of creating a swiss army enemy who could be a bogyman and economic scapegoat, all while using the hot war in Ukraine to economically destroy Russia, making them weaker and more easily assimilated into a globalist agenda. Unfortunately, like so many other projections of the “experts” and “think-tanks” that doesn’t appear to be the case. Despite increasing tensions with Russia, risking an atomic apocalypse, and wasting more resources the US can’t afford to support the Ukrainian government, the facts are Russia is winning in Ukraine (It probably helps that the ethnic Russian majority of the eastern half of Ukraine is on Russia’s side.) and Russia is doing better economically than we are at the moment (here).
As predicted in my previous post on how the sanctions helped Russia, Europe can’t enforce the only sanction that would impact Russia because they need the fuel or their people will suffer and possibly die. The best\worse part is that European nations have kissed the ring, so to speak, and are meeting Putin’s demand that oil be purchased in Rubles (here). When you look at the facts, other than political grand standing and globalist garbage, what is the point? The rest of the world isn’t stupid and they can see that not only is Russia winning in Ukraine, but Putin is winning by every political measure that matters. Now to throw more good money after bad, I guess. That is what DC does, right (here)?
