Civil War

Anyone.....

Welcome, readers. As I write this, the dangers mount and we may be engaged in Civil War, WWIII, or both by the time you read this.  Based on mainstream media (MSM) headlines, you would think we are already fully embroiled in both (here, here, here, and here).  I personally think either are equally likely, if not probable.  It is ugly but it is the truth.  While America has faced great trials before, we also had strong and serious leaders like Jefferson, Adams, Kennedy, and Reagan.  They may not have all been good men or even great statesmen but they were serious men who, for good or ill, acted in a considered manner of good conscience, not public opinion polls.  This time, we have a senile buffoon who is controlled by extremists from the shadows and a totally unqualified virtue signal at large of a vice president, who is incapable of stringing a coherent sentence together that actually amounts to more than random word salad.  The worst part is how Harris is making us a laughing stock in foreign media (here, here, and here).  So there is little hope of being lead to a peaceful or profitable ending of our problems.

This week, I will start domestically with the Civil War that is brewing, and it is brewing.  Unless something more important comes up, we will look at the drive for WWIII next week.  That is, providing we are not all radioactive dust by then.  I think we are in a state of political violence and strife that historically leads to Civil War.  Right now in America we have a situation where one set of political views is harassed, intimidated, and punished far beyond the scope of their crimes, while another group with different political views can rape, murder, and burn cities without consequences (here).

It is also a fact that, based on a possible court ruling certain sections of our society don’t like, the federal government and especially the Department of Home Land Security and Department of Justice are allowing terrorists to harass justices of the Supreme Court in their homes.  This is in blatant violation of the law, while the president and vice president cheer on and encourage the law breakers (here).  This behavior and lack of response emboldened a would-be assassin to attempt to take Justice Kavanaugh’s life (here, here, and here).  Government inaction, by failing to enforce the law, has also emboldened a full on domestic terrorist organization called Jane’s Revenge, who has not only made threats of violence, but has also taken responsibility for several of the over 14 fire bombings of pregnancy crisis centers (here, here, here, and here).  These establishments exist to offer alternatives to abortion for women who would want to keep their babies or at least not kill them if they had support and\or resources.  This includes adoption assistance, medical assistance, and post-birth assistance with items every baby needs.  These willful attacks don’t further the cause of abortion, they just expose pro-choice zealots as being a death-cult that would rather harm women then actually allow them the option to choose (here).

In another glaring double standard, a group of Stephen Colbert staff members illegally entered the capitol complex on June 16th and were removed by capitol police and then illegally re-entered the complex’s Longworth House Office Building, where they proceeded to harass members of congress, while beating on windows and doors (remember they had already been removed for illegal entry once that day) until they were arrested by capitol police and booked on the exact same charges as most of the people arrested January 6th, 2021 (trespassing and illegal entry into a federal building).  The difference is because they were harassing the correct congressmen and their assault on our democracy was approved by the administration they are not being held in solitary confinement pending a trial 2-3 years from now for crimes that carry 3-6 month sentences.  They were released on bail (here, here, and here).

Then there are the oligarchs who buy District Attorneys (DAs) to make sure that the right crimes go unpunished and the wrong ones are prosecuted far beyond what the standard would consider normal (here, here, here and here).  It is also quite interesting to note that the places most rocked by riots, arson, murder, rape, and general lawlessness, including the riots of 2020, are also all places with Soros chosen DAs (here, here, and here).  You would think this is the stuff of Tinfoil Tuesday, but it isn’t. This is well documented fact unfortunately, and it hardly takes even a tinfoil beanie, let alone a full fedora, to draw a rational conclusion that since crime in all areas where Soros has influence in the DAs office are leading the massive increase in American crime, and have been for nearly 10 years, that crime is the results they wanted.  If higher crime isn’t what they were after, there has been plenty of time to change their tact and do something else.  Remember Rahm Emanuel said: “You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”  When you have a huge domestic agenda to reshape the entire nation but insufficient crisis I guess you create one and I think this is one method.

The outcome of our most recent election is seriously questioned, if not outright decried as fraud, by a significant portion of the population.  I do not know for sure that there were sufficient shenanigans to have altered the outcome.  I do know there are a significant number of irregularities and suspicious coincidences.  Coincidences that I, like many people would like to see honestly and openly investigated.  Dinesh D'Souza has done some excellent work with his film 2000 Mules (here).  The film doesn’t present a smoking gun, but it absolutely presents a gun that warrants more investigation.  The main crux of Mr. D’Souza’s claim is that a number of people, or at least cell phones, moved from election activist sites to ballot drop boxes a highly suspicious number of times.  I was shocked to find out that so few blind drop-off spots were monitored by video in our camera happy society.  While there is little video confirmation, I do know that the modern phone tracking that was used is very accurate to just a few feet in areas with great cell coverage, using both tower triangulation and GPS technologies.  The main criticism of the film by election apologists is that cellular and GPS tracking of phones isn’t that good.  This is a lie from the land of political wishful thinking.  If the tales of tracking only being good to a ¼ or ½ mile are true, that data, especially in cities, would be of very little value to advertisers, law enforcement, or device recovery products.  The truth is, and more people were worried about it during COVID, that they are accurate to just a couple of feet (less than 6 in most cases) (here).  If phone tracking was as imprecise as ¼ to ½ a mile, what use would it have been for enforcing quarantines or contact tracing that so many governments either did or seriously considered using it during the pandemic?  Unfortunately, however, without corresponding video footage it is not definitive enough to say it was the same person or that they in fact were doing something nefarious.  All we really know for certain is the phones belonging to election activists were tracked very close to unmonitored remote ballot drop-off spots a suspicious number of times. 

There was also the simultaneous and suspicious “pause to vote counting” announced by several states on election night that was highly irregular, especially since there is some evidence to indicate the counting didn’t stop, the observers just left the premises.  You, might point out that there were a number of lawsuits brought about the election and none of them prevailed.  That would be correct, however few, if any, were heard.  All or nearly all of the lawsuits were dismissed for technical reasons and not ruled on by their merits (here). Essentially, that means there was never any investigation into the claims and the court didn’t rule on the issues themselves.  Add to that the Texas suit that alleged Pennsylvania (PA) had unconstitutionally changed their election laws that was dismissed procedurally on standing by the Supreme Court (here) only to have a PA court rule the changes in law were unconstitutional (here and here).  While I understand this doesn’t change anything, it also means that had the constitution not been violated, Trump would have won PA.

Again, while I am sure there was some level of fraud in the 2020 election (I am sure there is some level of fraud in all elections.), I don’t know if it was enough to actually change the outcome.  That being said, the circumstantial evidence is mounting.  I also know that if there was or wasn’t fraud is irrelevant at this time because no matter the truth, 70-80 million Americans absolutely believe that the election was stolen through fraud, and their concerns have gone mocked and uninvestigated so long now that I don’t think even an open and transparent investigation would help, no matter the result.  This belief is so prevalent that the Texas Republican Party has added it as fact to their platform while toying with the idea of secession (here, here, and here).  I don’t think they will be the last.

Violence is the absence of reason, and the last resort to any conflict.  The question is how much longer.  How much longer will those not in the extreme leftist death-cult allow for very unequal treatment under the law?  How much longer until, rather than be victims of rampant leftist violence, they start to fight back?  How much longer will people keep trying to fix things with words?  How much longer will some people try to stay reasonable?  I don’t know, but with the economy in the gutter, leftist violence running rampant, disproportionate application of the law, and the widespread belief that our elections are rigged, I fear it won’t be much longer.  America from the 1850s to 1861 looked much like America of today with violence mounting, like Bleeding Kansas (here), John Brown’s Raid (here), and many other events that echo in the current political and social tensions we see in America today.  I don’t know when or if Civil War 2.0 will happen, but I do know we are absolutely at risk of it happening again.  It also appears to me that there are organizations and people in power who are trying to set the stage for such an occurrence.
